Abstract (EN)
The main sources of Islamic law are the Quran and traditions of Prophet's (i.e.words and behaviors). Since the time of the Prophet, Muslims have interpreted using different methods to solve new problems. One of the methods is elimination of hidden words (i.e. hafa )This thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography. In the first chapter, a lot of main elements of literal textual implications which are from the perspective of Usul al-fiqh are studied. The second chapter which is entitled ? The origin of the hidden words and their meanings ? deals with hafî, muskil, mucmel, mutesabih. The third chapter which is entitled ? Overcoming methods of the hidden words ? deals with revealing and preferenceIn this thesis, it has been looked into extend and interpretation of hidden words which is one of the most important subjects of Islamic law methodology by employing the words of the classic period and has been tried to do synthesis about it.
