Islam, the religion of justice and mercy, is a religion that regulates the human relationships and life, protects the rights of individuals and society, and is based on principles of equality. In Islam, punishments are a part of the religion and ensure this order and have the same purposes as the Islamic religion. Because the purpose of Islamic criminal law is to protect religion, life, mind, lineage and property. Protection of life is possible through the application of criminal norms.
