Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this thesis is to prove that the 360º Training Performance Assesment Method can be used for assessing the success rate of training/educational programs conducted in organizations as a different alternative to the existing models.Survey/questionnaire forms have been distributed twice among the staff of 50 branches (all in Istanbul) of a private bank located located in Istanbul who have have participated in the training programs, their workmates, the 1st and 2nd Managers to whom they report and the customers with whom they have close business relationships; once right after the training sessions and one month after the sessions were ended. All of the questionnaires (totalling to 900) forms were collected back and analysed. Following the analysis, it has been observed that the 360º Training Performance Assesment Method is providing sensible (useful) and positive results. This is a proof of the fact that 360º Training Performance Assesment Method can be applied in many organizations as an alternate model for rating (measuring) the success of training/educational programs in organizations.
