The effects of natural groups on businesses and an application

Businesses which have features of structural groups involve a great deal of natural groups in them. The importance of those groups in terms of business administration has been found out significantly by experiments done concerning ?The Approach of Human Relationships?. The natural groups play an important role for businesses to reach their aims. One of these roles is the positive effect of staff?s rising job satisfaction. The subject of this study is the discussion of natural groups? effects in large establishments in Southeastern Anatolian Project and surrounding districts on job satisfaction. The study involves three parts. The first one is about natural groups and the second part is on job satisfaction. The research methods and findings have been explained in the third part. The study has been terminated with result and suggestions.
