Factors supporting entrapreneurship feature in business: Intrapreneurship

A kind of entrapreneurship that develops in another entrapreneurship is called intrapreneurship in which people who have proven talents in an organizational network or a settled enterprise improve the relations and communicate with other people, and collate the gain with their own talents and dignity starting by recognizing and discovering themselves. Regarding intrapreneurship?s organizational success and importance for life, the basic aim of research is to ascertain the effector factors of interference orientations. For this accession, in the investigated firms the components which formate intrapreneurship were examined to observe by taking account; organizational, environmental perception and performance criteria. As a result of research that applicated over three hundered people who work in six businesses in three different sectors located in Izmir and Manisa; it was proved, every handled factor affect ?intrapreneurship? dimension in business. Also in the research, it has seen that the variables about intrapreneurship show differences according to cities, sectors, number of labour and business activity year.
