Enterprise resource planning employment in organizations and an application study on small and medium enterprises

Information is an infinitive tool that never ends. Via the information,organizations can produce and improve themselves. But today, reaching theinformation becomes easy by the means of technology. So the main factorthat provide the competitive advantage to the organizations is managinginformation.Being one of the information systems, ERP can provide theorganizations to run all of the functions integrated, controlled andcoordinated. When the flow of information in organizations are planned, thefunctions of competitive advantages such as cost, quality, customer orientedwill be reach. But the important thing is not buying a program, is evaluatingthe process of deciding to use after process.What about in SME?s? (Small and Medium Enterprise) ERP hasalready been chosen by SME?s. The answer of the problem must be wellknown if the solution is ERP or a management information system.In this thesis study, tried to answer the above questions.
