Abstract (EN)

The aim of this thesis is to examine how the effects of vocational education processes on organizational communication process, in relation to its increasing importance in recent years, emerge in practice. For this reason, a survey based on the questionnaire was included in the study. In the first part of the study, there is a general evaluation of SMEs and the literature is used for these evaluations. At the same time, the general framework of the concept of vocational education and the vocational education process in SMEs are being investigated in this section. In the second part, the general framework of the concept of organizational communication is examined. At the same time, the organizational communication process in SMEs is being investigated in this department. In the last part of the work, there is a questionnaire survey carried out at a manufacturer of spare parts of automobiles in Sakarya. Through this questionnaire, the effects on vocational training and organizational communication in an SME are evaluated.
