Corparation cash management and the research regarding the industrial and commercial companies in Bursa

One of the biggest problem for all kind of companies is providing cash management continously and effectively. Cash management is involved in profitabilty and pay off capability for company. In Turkey eventhough reducing in market margin and increasing in costs which is higher than profitability are the factors that get company in trouble even bankruptcy in medium term, interruption in cash flow makes company mess in short term.That`s why amenable and disciplined policy of cash management is vital for all companies. In this dissertation, all the things regarding cash and cash management have been explained and stated companies while processing in cash management and decision what to do. In order to clarify all definitions,research on some industrial and trade companies in Bursa has been fulfied and estimated either they obey these definitions or not. Key words: Cash,Cash management
