Abstract (EN)
As a modern management approach, the concept of management by processes and process improvement is an approach that enables organizations to accomodate to changing environment. By the way it should be mentioned that it becomes easier to accomodate to changing conditions for the organizations which focused on customer orientation and operating by the philosophy of continuous improvement and development.In this Context, the studies which in tasks are managed by processes instead of departmants/units, and the whole activities accoplished by process management approach, contribute to the success substantially.This study treats the implamentation of process improvement applications and management by processes approach in organizations act according to the outline above. And also this study aims to introduce how a consultancy service for a process improvement project implemented to a food company, the deliverables, reuslts and wins of the project.
