Affects on performance of business general and environmental social responsibilities

VI ABSTRACT Business interprices operate in natural influence with different environment factors. These factors. These factors can affect the administrating activities and performances. In business interprices,there are different social responsibilities that are interprices are responsible for in social responsibilities. These are social responsibilities against the state consumers, shareholders,suppliers,staff,community and environment and benefit maximization. The responsibilities of business interprices against natural environment require them to administrate avoiding environmental pollution.They can face different legal and environmental rection due to polluting the natural environment especially in the region where they administrate. It's claimed that administrating of enterprices with an understanding of social responsibility can effect their performances. From this assumption,the social responsibilities of interprices towards different environments and the approaches of administrators to the decisions and policies that are related to those environments or that can effect these environments,and that the acceptance of social responsibilty approach by enterprices can effect the performance and the natural environment is wanted to be analyzed. With this view,a questionaire which was improved using the related literature has been applied to 80 administrators who work at sub,mid or top levels at 13 public or private sector interprices. With the gathered information,some diagnosis have been reached using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences). The hypothesis of the work have been tested by using freguency coleration and multi-regration analysis. At the end of these analysis,between social responsibility against the state and financial performance and education; social responsibilty against the suppliers and education a meaningful relation has been found out. On the contrany a meaningful relation between social responsibility against natural environment and financial performances hasn't been found out.
