Responsibility of management in 2000 quality management system practicing process : An aplication in textile and food companies in uşak city

In today?s world that fastly changes, develops and improves in the way of globalism, it is seen that the competition among both countries and enterprises becomes harder, too. This fast changes affects closely one another and enterprises? one by one or all together. With year 2000 revision, ISO 9000 is developed the way that answers 21 st century?s needs. ISO 9000 can be seen as a big change in this situation. With the revision Internal Standardization Organization (ISO) did in the year 2000, ISO 9000 standards can give response to the quality understanding. The best indicator of this is its so extensive usage. In this thesis, ISO 9000 Quality Administration Systems are tried to be researched thoroughly. Lots of articles published in international magazines, books, Internet, brochures and education are sources that used for this aim. In the third section, information is given about the responsibility of upper administration over ISO Quality Administration Systems and especially ISO 9000 certification duration, the benefits of the integration of the system to the company, difficulties felt in the step of establishing the system. Related to this subject, a questionnaire is done to the upper managers of Textile and Food enterprises in Usak City.
