The quality of life has influence on different domains: healty, marriage, family life, economic status, social interactions, psychological status, physical status and religious / spiritual status. However, different indexes quality of life refer. These indexes; economic, social, psychological, ecological and healty. Every individual require to has these indexes for a good life. Business life has a major role in a working individual's life. In general workers spend more time at work than they do at home so the quality of business life gains more importance. Different domins quality of business life refer categories. These; safety, ergonomics, equality, democracy, payment and individualism. It is emphasized that a organization is expected to administer and control its activities systematically and transparently at ISO 9001:2000 standard. With the revision in 2000, there have been innovations in assistant aspects such as continuum approach, continual improvement, intracommunication, substracture, working environment and source creation. The standard of ISO 9001:2000 considered the elements which give more importance to human beings and made significant contributions to the quality of labour life.
