At the end of the RT-PCR studies using the IYSV-465c;IYSV-239f primer pair, a band with a size of 240 bp was observed in the agarose gel electrophoresis (1.5%) and bunlardan Pittosporum tobira ve Hydrangea macrophylla were found to be infected with IYSV molecularly.
