In my thesis of Master of Science named by `Researching the Economise of Outside FrontCoating of a building with higher flor in stanbul? have been established the heat losscalculation according to the regulation of TS 825 of Heat Loss on Buildings applicated in1985 in a existed building in stanbul and most economical insulating thickness withfinding total costs according to each insulation thicknesses from the loss difference withfinding heat losses according to the regulation come into force by 1999
