Abstract (EN)
Magazines are among the important sources of classical Turkish literature with their rich and diverse contents. The subject of this thesis is the transcriptional text of the poetry journal registered in Istanbul University Rare Books Library under the archive number T 934 and its classification according to the Systematic Classification of Journals Project (MESTAP). The transcripted text of the poems in the journal will be given and then these poems will be recorded in the MESTAP table. One of the important aims of this thesis is to transcribe the poems in the journal with the transcription alphabet, to compare the related poems with the published divâns if any, or with other works such as the manuscript copy of the divan, tezkire and mecmua and to reveal the existing differences. Thus, it will be possible to bring to light the poets and their poems that do not have a divan or cannot find a place in biographic sources for various reasons. There are 386 poems of 32 poets who lived between the 15th and 18th centuries in the magazine. This number reaches 394 with 8 poems in Persian whose poet is unknown. Our study consists of two b deaths, the characteristics of the journal and the text of the journal. In the introduction of our study, after giving general information about the journals, its importance in terms of classical Turkish literature was emphasized. In the "First Part", the introduction of Majmu'a-i Eş'âr will be made in detail. The number of poets and poems in the magazines, the forms of nazim, the centuries in which the poets lived and the patterns of aruz will be shown in tables. Informationwill then be given about the compiler of the journals and the date of compilation. At the end of this chapter, the table of the Project for the Systematic Classification of (MESTAP) is taken as an example. With a table created, the information about the poems is given in the first and last couplets, leaf numbers, etc. In the second part, the way we followed while creating the text in the journal and the points we paid attention to in the translation and spelling of the text were given in the form of articles. Afterwards, the transcripted text of the poems in the journal was included. The poems in the journal were compared with the sources such as dîvân, tezkire, mecmua, etc.and the differences detected were shownin the footnotes. Keywords: Divan Literature, Poetry, Mecmua, MESTAP
