Abstract (EN)

Market competition conditions occurring in a globalizing world force enterprises to discourage standard management. The companies, which focus on fulfilling the demands of the consumer, are constantly on the way to renew themselves and seek service quality. Statistical methods are also great importance for quality control and enterprise working for this purpose. However, in order for enterprises to use statistical methods for quality control, they must also apply the total quality management. In this respect, it is seen that statistical methods are very important for total quality management. Statistical quality control techniques; It is an important factor in the follow-up of the process, the determination of the factors that cause the process to get out of control and to eliminate them. Every process that goes out of control has the effect of variability. In this study, which is handled in this context, statistical control methods are discussed at basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
