Abstract (EN)

Retaining talented employees has been seen as a valuable human resources investment due to the ease, speed and increasing importance of information in today's world where the competition between business increases with the effect of globalization and the continuation of the information age and this situation has made both the need for talented employment and the need to retain talented employees. This necessity has brought the establishment of new approaches and strategies necessary for competive advantage to the agenda. Employer brand as a helpful strategy in this regard; It sports businesses to stand out from the competition. Recognizing the importance of retaining talented and qualified employment, employers have realized the necessity of making their businesses an attractive employer brand for talented and qualified employees. In the next step, they implemented the employer brand approach in their organizations in order to retain talented and qualified employees and aimed that all employees adopt employer brand values. In this study, the degree of positive relationship between employer brand and employer brand impact values of results associated with employer brand was measured. Findings consisting of samples of different studies in related measurements were interpred with meta – analysis. The reason for using meta- analysis is that it allows to reach a single accepted result by interpreting different research results. In addition, the meta – analysis provides a clear determination of the impact value of the results assocatied with the employer brand.
