Abstract (EN)
This study deals with all the aspects of the "employer brand" concept, which was born as a result of talent wars. In the first part of the study, the reasons that make employer brand necessary and the importance of talent phenomenon are emphasized; accordingly, the transformation in the understanding of human resources management is mentioned. The second section explains the concept of employer brand and the process of employer brand management in detail. In the last part of the study; attention has been paid to the function of corporate social responsibility in providing employer attractiveness, which is one of the two main objectives of employer brand. The aim of this study is to present the studies which are scattered in the literature as a whole by compiling with the literature review method and to characterize corporate social responsibility activities as a tool for attracting employers.
