Abstract (EN)

It is studied that primary production, microflora and microfauna and thetemperature relationships related to these in İnner İzmir Bay.This study was carried out between December 2003 and September 2004 onseasonal basis at 5 stations of İnner Bay of İzmir and quantitative and qualtitativechanges in phytoplankton and zooplankton were evaluated.The physicochemical parameters in the environment was measured. By regardingthe obtained data; it was studied the variations in phytoplankton, zooplankton andtemperature through the seasonal.According to the results of the study, Diatom species were observed as highdominance in all over the inner bay stations in winter season. Dinophylagellataspecies were over exeeded in May 2004. Cilliata species were determined inSeptember 2004 in Konak Stations.Keywords: Microplankton, quantativite, qualtativite, community
