Abstract (EN)

In this study, spider fauna of Çeşme, Karaburun and Urla districts of İzmir Peninsula were investigated. The samples collected in the field studies conducted between 17.12.2016-01.04.2018 and the museum materials that collected previously were used. As a result of the study, 497 adult (299♀♀-198♂♂) spiders were collected, 88 genera and 103 species belonging to 33 families were identified. Dysdera fragaria Deeleman-Reinhold, 1988; Zelotes balcanicus Deltshev, 2006; Zelotes aeneus Simon, 1878; Megalepthyphantes lydiae Wunderlich, 1994; Pelecopsis elongata (Wider, 1834); Tetragnatha nitens (Audouin, 1826); Dipoena galilaea Levy & Amitai, 1981; Enoplognatha diversa (Blackwall, 1859) species are new record for Turkey. Also, a found specimen is tought to be a new species of the genus Harpactea. All species except for Scytodes velutina Heineken and Lowe 1836, Scytodes thoracica Latreille, 1802, Argyrodes argyrodes Walckenaer, 1842 and Thanatus pictus L.Koch, 1881 are new records for İzmir Peninsula.
