Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to reduce the size of JPEG files occupied in computer memory. During the study, digital image processing and techniques have been examined and some of the available methods have been tried to be explained with today's examples. In the section where the study is elaborated and the thesis proposal is presented, other studies that have already carried out this thesis subject with certain methods have been included and a new approach has been proposed.
