Abstract (EN)

The relationship among the concepts; action, prejudice and public sphere, are put into words in different works and in different periods of his life by Jürgen Habermas, has a special place among the nowadays philosophers with the identities like philosopher, sociologist and social historian, constitute this research. Although Habermas was interested in different topics in different periods purpose of choosing this topic is that to show the system of opinion is unity. Forasmuch as these three concepts are seen as for away from each other, they come out as recumbent itemHabermas discussed prejudice concept in hermeneutic works. He elaborated action concept within the framework ?Communicative Action Theory? he developed. He treated public sphere concept in the first period of his works and explained it with transformation of bourgeois public sphere.In this study that prepared by making use of works evaluated in the scope of differnt field of study like sociology, economy,philosophy, communication and policy, firstly intellectual background is told .after the part that helps to know the Habermas? concepts that constitute the main idea of thesis was taken up with all aspects.
