Abstract (EN)

Companion, in the words of prophet Muhammad, is the best generation of the history of humanity. They are precious both because of the fact that they are the first addressees of Koran and the fact that they gave their all to the subject of protection and declaration of İslâm after the death of prophet Muhammad. For these reasons, we wanted to study the life of Ka'kâ' b. Amr whose life stays closed within the pages of history. For, Ka'kâ' b. Amr, hadthehonor of facing prophet Muhammad and had a part in muslims' conquets despite the fact that he could not had much time with the prohpet. Ridde events, which appeared at the near time to the death of prophet Muhammad, was the first and the biggest problem of the period of Abu-Bekr that muslims came across. Ka'kâ' b. Amr by taking charge in these events, appeared in the history. He participated in the conquests of Iraq at the time of Abu-Bekr and then in the conquests of Damascus with Halid b. Velid, with directive of the caliph. Ka'kâ' b. Amr, had an active role in the conquests of Damascus, Iraq-Persia and Egypt which all occured at the time of Omar. In especial, he was one the names who changed the way of the war in the Kadisiye war of Persian conquests Considering the favour of muslims, Ka'kâ' b. Amr, was slanted towards the peace and fraternity in the events, which we can name as instigation, at the time of Osman and Ali. For, he both took a stand against rebels and gave his all for the establishment of peace, as a messenger in the disputes of muslims.
