Abstract (EN)

Cognitive Radio Networks are rapidly developing in wireless networking technologies and are among the most intensively studied subjects. The most important element in Cognitive Radio Networks is Cognitive Radio users, also called secondary users. Cognitive radio users temporarily use the spectrum without adversely affecting the licensed users (primary users) when the frequency spectrum is idle. Wireless node in wireless body area networks; is a device responsible for measuring and collecting certain quantities relative to the sensor element on it and sending it to another. These devices, which are defined as sensor nodes and actuator nodes, can also be placed inside the human body. The high cost of health care today and the high population of elderly people have increased the use of wireless body area networks. With the sensor nodes in the wireless body area network, a patient's blood pressure, heart rate or body temperature can be displayed. Any abnormality that may occur in the body will be transmitted by the coordinator nodes to the mobile phone or a computer. In this thesis, analytical and simulation model designs of transmitter sensing techniques are completed in MATLAB software and used for wireless medium sensing in wireless body area networks. In addition, different data traffics in wireless body area networks and the use of different transmitter sensing techniques for wireless environment models have been included in the study. With this study, it will be possible to analyze the performance of transmitter sensing techniques and to develop new techniques.
