This research is a Fiqh research, looking at the Fiqh of Qadi Ayadh (R.), the eminent scholar who has great knowledge, and in sciences, such as hadith, Fiqh and others. As a judge, the book Ikmaal Al-Mu'allim with Benefits of Muslim is one of the important books in the Maliki school of thought, and others, as it dealt in the fourth part the book of marriage and the fifth part the book of divorce, and it deals with the Fiqh rulings deduced from the honorable hadiths, and the approach adopted by Judge Ayadh in some of his Fiqh views was based on the principles of Fiqh such as consensus and measurement...etc. In my research I dealt with twenty-three issues that Judge did not deviate from the framework of his doctrine, so he always agreed with the Malikis, and if more than one opinion was found among the Malikis, then I find Judge Ayadh (R.) with the well-known opinion they have, and Judge Ayadh (R.) agrees. ) He differs from the rest of the other schools of thought, such as the Hanafis and Shafi'is, according to his doctrine. If they agree, he agrees, and if they disagree, he disagrees. In addition to that, this thesis has also dealt with the study of the Fiqh of the judge Imam Ayadh (R.) in the completion of the teacher with the benefits of a Muslim in (The Books of Marriage and Divorce) a comparative Fiqh study, in which I followed the approach that is based on the transmission of the views of the Fiqh schools, and collected what agreed with one opinion with referring to the sources that I quoted, as I made the opinion of Judge Ayadh, and the scholars who agreed with him the first opinion, and the opinions of other schools of thought were mentioned after him, in transferring and discussing the evidence of the jurists, clarifying the evidence from them, and transferring the responses to them. I made a response to it, just as I extracted the hadiths that were mentioned in the letter. If they are not authentic, then I mention the ruling of the hadith scholars on it, then after that with a statement of the correct opinion, according to the strength of the evidence. The study after the introduction included three sections and was as follows :The first section: Qāḍī Ayadh and his biography. The second section: The Fiqh of Qāḍī Ayadh.
