The difficulties that women of action live while entering the business life: Example of Elazığ province

It is thought that the ratio of being success will increase when the women of action know what waits them while enterprising and when they learn how they can handle the obstacles. Bringing these obstacles to light is very important in aspect of solving the problems of women of action and the candidates of them. Women of action have been stroke lots of snags to be abla to enter business world. The development in Turkey of entrepreneuship of women got up speed in 1980s. In this search, it is aimed to uncover the difficulties that women of action live. Kayseri having a conservative construcation lead the group of Anatolian Tigers Movement in 1980s , and historicaly became the important center of trade hosting the Ahilik Organization which improved the trade in Anatolia. Women of action in Kayseri formed the circle of search in 2019. And examples of this search are formed by 278 women of action who are chosen randomly. With this aim, the scanning type from the decsriptive search methods is used in this search. In the search, a survey which is developed by researcher is applied as a data tool.In the first section of survey, there are 6 questions about private information and in the second section 12 questions about enterprising sector , in the third section 10 questions about what affects women of action to be enterpreneur, 9 questions about the difficulties of enterprising for women and also 16 questions about the environment's features of where activity is done. As a result of this search, it is concluded that most of the women of action are graduate, there are enterpreneurs in the about half of the women of action's family, mostly women of action had not been worked before enterprising and if they worked, their salary was low in the same work and their positions were mostly servicing, data processing, manufactured goods, layover, aliment, building, mining and working in stone pits. Besides, while examing the reasons of enterprising it is concluded that needs of family, economic independence, social relationship, using time effectively are influential and also to ply their own profession, to join business world, to make their wish and aims real and to be beneficialbyo other people are tye other reasons of enterprising of women and it is concluded that while axaming the difficulties that women of action cross and the decree of them, some reasons sucu as capital procurement, selecting suitable place, being famous in the marketting, procurement suitaple personnel are effective mostly. Besides this, itbis concluded that women of action cross some more difficulties such as unrestraint, domestic reasons, gender discirimination.
