Abstract (EN)
In this study, Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2000 and ISO / TS 16949:2002 are used in order to construct a Quality Handbook for an imaginary A Firm, which produces wheel rims. In the Quality Handbook, attributions are made to the relevant procedure and instructions, design procedure is prepared from these relevant procedures and design is put into practice. In practice, FIAT Company is determined as a customer. Design is made by assuming an imaginary order of wheel rim for Doblo brand cars. In wheel rim design ERTRO and TS 8987 standards are used. In drawing of the wheel rim cross sections, forming three dimensional solid models and construction of finite elements, CATIA V5R9 software is used. By simulating the wheel rim according to TS 2350 and by using finite elements method in CATIA V5R9 software, analyses of wheel rim resistance are carried out.
