Abstract (EN)

Parts of quality control methods have been developed for company (firms) to survive in the competitive environment and to meet and provide customer demands, request customer satisfaction on time. Failue Modes and Effects Analysis technique which has become a basic requirement of continuous improvement, proceed production and process improvement orientation towards industrial improvement ,survived in a competitive environment, possible errors may occur under exisiting system in the phase of design, process,production or service and Identification and glazing(ranking) risk factors according to risk priority numbers, is an important quality control and analysis to help at least to the reduction of errors. To achive a greatest value, the FMEA must be applied before a product or process failure mode has been incorporated into a product or process. Up front time spent properly completing a FMEA, when changes of product and process can be most easily and inexpensively implemented, will minimize late change crises. A FMEA can reduce or eliminate the chance of implementing a preventive and corrective change, which would create an even larger concern. Significant savings in design and engineering time and other costs could be realized. In order to reach the best results in, product or process errors types of FMEA, to be done before adding the product or process as long as the measures to be taken. In the scope of this study, FMEA is used which is reasonable, robust,practical and flexible method in service or manufacturing sector to get more for their important work for the prevention of risks at every stage of life. According to the elimination of risks in the Strategic level, Research and literature studies of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) analysis which is Applicable for Quality Management are included. It has been observed how to handle the quality control analysis of this process via me, engaging within the practices and studies of this scope and under the performed examples of studies of FMEA. Underlying the purpose of this study, It was referred the target to increase the activity and efficiency in the business and Poka-Yoke application by investigating the effective and simple solution arose the problems in the Total Quality Management.
