The Effect of restructuring public banks on personnel regime

ABSTRACTThe basic economic and technologic changes in the world, maket he organizationalregulations required. The intensive competition, changes in information and materialtechnolgies, the innovations in telecommunication brought the necessary regulationsin structure system and process of organizations. In this frame, the need ofrestructuring and privatization were discussed by some authorities.Fort the adoptation of public banks to changing banks and varying workingconditions in the world, they need to make necessary investment for their staff.Surely, this investments should include not only in service education, theimprovement of working conditions and wages but also to make them trustingorganization and gain organization culture.The results of the studies which were made to prehare the public banks toprivatization by restructuring them, may be used by the international financefoundations fort he other public organizations and their staf.In our study, we will discuss the regulations made on 4603 laww which was madelawful in 2000, for privatization of publicbanks. By this laww, howw employee rights inpublic banks affected, the judgement decisions how affected management andlegilation and we will try to Express the final stage by legal regulations.
