Abstract (EN)

Banking is a sector that requires advanced technology. But this situation does not change the fact that in its service sector. Therefore, the workforce?s qualification and job satisfaction is an important factor for quality banking service is quite clear. The bank?s hardware, software and other investments to achieve maximum benefit, the bank employees? job satisfaction must be high and the bank employees must be willing to show high performance.This study aimed to investigate the effects of individual factors (age, gender, marital status, education level, operating status of branch/operating status of head office, title, service time, whether or not any banker in the family status, expectations for the future) to job satisfaction.In this survey conducted on employees of TCZB by the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) Job Satisfaction Scale, is limited to bank employees in working 26 different brunch office and bank employees in working head office. The survey data was processed in the 17.0 version of SPSS program, were frequency distributions for all the questions. Level 5-point Likert-type Scale was used in the questionnaire form. The first part of the questionnaire consists of 9 questions. MSQ Job Satisfaction Scale of the second part of the questionnaire is composed of 20 questions. The scale includes ?Very Satisfied?, ?Satisfied?, ?Undecided?, ?Dissatisfied?, ?Not at all satisfied? of the answers. The highest score of the scale is 5, the lowest score of the scale is 1.This research results, levels of job satisfactions of bank employees were affected by several factors.
