Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of changing management strategies on internal customer satisfaction will be examined with the help of the changing competition conditions on the world and changing quality perceptions for people.In the first part of the work the concepts such as quality, customer, customer orientation and total quality management will be studied in depth and. In addition, in this chapter by examining various approaches to the concept of public services, the present-day change of public services will be revealed.In the second part of the study, the role of the internal customer concept and elements of internal customer satisfaction will be studied in relation to the public institution. The expectations of the employees will be compared with offered to the employees by institution.In the last part of the work, according to these information and explanations, functioning will be investigated for which is a public institution. The effect of the established work system on internal customer satisfaction will be observed.
