Abstract (EN)

Whatever the aim is, all firm have to keep going their activity. İt depens on their supply activity. To keep going their activity witout stop and go on in the best rating , firms have to create suitable supply chain and manage this chain.Supply chain is not just moving product and service from one place to other place, at the same time it is a term that exponent information and cash flow. Shortly, Health İnstitutions are institutions that diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitate people who is sick and injured; doupt their health.They need manpower, medical stuff and devices to provide service these needs. These needs should provide at suitable time,in suitable place, good price and optimal quality.Otherwise İt causes the results that aren't possible to compensate. Given these realities importance of managing supply chain could understand clearly. First part of this work includes supply and supply chain terms and these terms' historical development and supply chain's mould,design and aims. Second part includes aim and development of supply chain's management, factors' that affect its management, points to take into consideration to create an active supply chain and using information technologies on supply chain management and its importance. Third part includes why important supply chain management for health services and how process supply chain.These topics are explicated to be understood better Public Hospitals Association form, general qualifications, how does supply chain as a body by healthcare organizations. Forth part includes how be implemented TZY pursuant to relevant by-law in Public hospitals of secretary general.
