Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to make suggestions, to compare and find out the differences by looking into the documentation systems the public and private establishments use during the process related to documents. While the universe of this research carried out in the frame of descriptive research model is defined by the personnel of the private and public establishments in Ankara, the sample is 150 employees.
