Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to produce voltage by means of piezoelectric ceramic transducers from different suspension systems in vehicles. In the experimental study, an apparatus from polyethylene material to accommodate piezoelectric ceramic transducers was produced and mounted on a quarter vehicle suspension model. Then, double tube hydraulic shock absorber, bellows air spring shock absorber and single tube gas shock absorber replaceding has been mounted in the system and different voltages have been measured as a result of the system overcoming obstacles with certain diameters. The voltages were both directly taken from the piezoelectric ceramic converters and the LTC3588 Piezoelectric energy acquisition card was used. As a result, it is determined that the voltage varies according to both the type of shock absorber and the diameter of the obstacles. In the first part of the study, an introduction was made to the subject and examples from the current literature studies were given. In the second part, the experimental method is introduced and the data obtained in the third chapter are presented. In the fourth chapter, the results obtained were interpreted. The study was completed by giving suggestions in the fifth and last chapter.
