Abstract (EN)
With this study, an alternative to the destructive core drilling method used in quality control studies on the highways of our country was created. Thus, the problematic aspects of the core drilling method were eliminated and in a shorter time a more efficient method was used to gain knowledge of the superstructure. In this context, non-nuclear electromagnetic testing method, which is one of the electromagnetic test methods that can be used in road superstructure, has been carried out in the field and in the laboratory. The first part of the study was carried out with calibration control samples prepared in laboratory. The non-nuclear electromagnetic tester is calibrated for different bituminous hot mixtures. In the second stage of the study, field studies were carried out. In this context, non-destructive tests were carried out by using non-nuclear electromagnetic test equipment in different road sections which were not manufactured and put into service. Our study was carried out on three different road routes and five cross-sections were taken every 250 meters and the average of these measurements were calculated. When measurements were made, density, compression, temperature values were obtained. These data were calibrated and transferred to SPSS program and correlations with ANOVA were examined. The same measurements were made four times in one year on the same road sections and the data obtained were used to detect changes in the road. For this purpose, statistical models have been developed and predictions have been put forward. Thus, the quality control indicators of the superstructure were determined and errors that may occur during and after the construction of the road were considered. In addition, in order to avoid damages caused by construction in the following processes, we have been informed. The data obtained at the end of the study is an indicator for the road construction and inspectors of our country.
