Abstract (EN)

In this study, a new method was developed to determination of carbendazim(fungasite) and chlorpyrifos(insectside) by fluorescence detector High performance liquide chromatography (RP-HPLC-FD). This study is the first for simultane determination of trace Carbendazim and Chlorpyrifos in fruits and vegetables samples with low LOD and LOQ and short analysis time (less 8 min) by RP-HPLC-FD. Optimum conditions were achieved using binary mobile phase consisting of (methanol: water; 98:2, v/v) and fluorescence detection (λEx and λEm set at 280 and 340 nm, respectively) was used. The dynamic range was between 0.100 to 100 mg/L with relative standard deviation less than 0.45%, (n=4).Limits of detection were founded 0.073 and 0.062 mg/L, respectively. The range of average recoveries for carbendazim and chlorpyrifos were founded 84.2-106.5% and 90.3-85.7%, respectively. The method was applied to apple, grapefruit, tangerines, spinach and parsley samples. The results revealed that the concentrations of chlorpyrifos residue in all collected samples was exceeded limits, even in the apple samples penetrates into the interior and its not remove all by washing. Carbendazim residue in most of collected samples was in the permissible limits.
