Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine whether there is a difference in regeneration between Decarbonized laser application modes by documenting the improvement of wrinkle and elasticity scores of the laser in the periorbital region. Patients who applied to Pamukkale University Dermatology Outpatient Clinic between 2021-2023 and underwent Decarbital carbon dioxide laser treatment were included in the study. By looking at the hospital records, patients who had not received any cosmetic or medical treatment related to the periorbital region in the last 9 months were included in the study. A total of 33 patients were included in the study, 16 of whom underwent surgery and 17 of whom used fractional caps. In the group using the surgical cap (SC), the Fraxis duo (Fraxis Duo, Illoda, Suwon, South Korea) laser device was applied to the periorbital region around the upper and lower eyelid, including crow's feet, using the periocular zone regeneration doses specified in the device application template, with the carbon dioxide laser surgical cap. In the fractional header (FH) group, the application was made in such a way as to make a single-pass shot with a fractional laser. Both applications were compared using the same scores with the photos taken before and after the application. When the general habits of the patients were questioned by contacting the patients and looking at the data obtained, smoking did not show significant differences between the groups, and it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the groups in alcohol use. Decapitation was not significantly different between the groups. Decapitation was not significantly different between the groups. There were no differences between the groups in terms of skin care, sunscreen use and dermatological disease history. There were no statistically significant differences between the groups in terms of Fitzpatrick skin types of patients. In patients, erythema and burning sensation developed the most as complications after the procedure, followed by edema and itching. In terms of evaluating the wrinkle regression percentage of patients; in the pre-shooting photos 2.ve 3rd.on the moon; 2 in the right shooting photos.on the moon; 1 in a closed-eye shot., 2. and 3.per month; in terms of evaluating the percentage of regression in dermatoshalasis during the shot for dermatoshalasis evaluation 2. statistically better treatment results were found in the SC group per month compared to the FH group.
