Abstract (EN)
In today?s world where competition in the business world is intense, it is getting more and more important to realize personal and institutional aims. Nowadays, the efforts are towards improvements in personal capacities and approaches that depend on personal development. Thus, the coaching is a tool to achieve this goal. The development within the coaching approach itself is defined by the changing needs with the time and at the end coaching became an important service sector. On one of the most serious problems of individuals, namely the career, there are services offered within the companies or by professional coaching firms. Here, the aim is to gain the individual for the company considering his personal features, qualifications and aims. Coaching services, that benefit individuals and later on the community, have been appreciated in Turkey. They have been established in institutional form, which plan to carry this service forward. In this study, the aim is to stress the importance of this topic and its real influence in an institution.Keywords: Coaching, coach, career, coaching period
