Abstract (EN)
The main goal of the organizations is to keep their own existence and enable their continuity. For each organization, in order to gain this goal, it is essential to produce high quality goods and services, manage to adapt competing conditions, manage to put the organization in a changeable position againts changing and developing enviromental conditions, follow technological developments closely. But, in the last period that globalization gets faster and information era is lived densily, organization's taking adventage in market conditions is based ondirecting human resource- human wealth very effectively. Today, the staff not only desire motivating on their job by taking financal support, want to be supported morally as well. With this changes, workers (members of the organizations) want applications from the organization which can support and improve their career development. Anymore, from the workers' point of view, it becomes more important to choose the best job in accordance with their skills, to work at a job related to their profession, to make career throughout their working - life, and to promote in their job. Therefore, organizations have been heading towards career management, career planning and career development so as to attrack new workers and keep the exist workers in their organizations. It has gain importance to have especially hardworking – talented-wise workers stay in present jobs in order to increas productivity and efficiency. Presenting career development opportunities to the workers is a vital motivation method in increasing their loyalty to the organization.It could be seen that the workers having high loyalty to the organization have positive tendency and attitude for the organization. Thanks to organizanional reliance, it is observed that workers are more succesful, pleasent, effective and productive at their jobs, they work with a high loyalty feeling as weel. The researches have shown that organizational reliance diminishes the rate of coming to job late, high rate of absence from the work, feeling dis - loyalty for the organization, poor performance, leaving the organization. In this research, the effects of career management applications over organizational reliance have been studied. Within the research, a poll has been applied to the staff of banking sector and whether there is a relation between career management applications and organizational commitment has been analysed.
