Before starting the research data collection process, a pilot study was applied to the research population between November and December 2021 to test the reliability and understandability of the scale items. In this context, 103 data obtained using the convenience sampling method and survey technique were evaluated. After it was determined that the scale items were understood by the research population, 432 data were collected between January and June 2022, and only 410 of them were evaluated. Multiple-linear regression analysis technique was used to test the hypotheses developed within the scope of the research. According to the results of the analysis, it was observed that the dimensions of charismatic leadership such as 'setting a vision', 'showing environmental sensitivity', 'taking personal risks' and 'showing sensitivity to member needs' have a significant effect on the job satisfaction levels of employees. Another result obtained from the research is that the dimensions of charismatic leadership such as 'setting a vision', 'taking personal risks', 'showing sensitivity to member needs' and 'not maintaining the current situation' have a significant impact on the job stress levels of employees.
