Abstract (EN)
Many countries give special importance to high performance concrete production in the world. In this sense, with the advances in concrete technology in recent years, high strength and fiber reinforced concretes have emerged as a new composite construction material and their usage has become widespread in various applications. Also; the developments in nanotechnology are closely monitored in concrete technology like as in other science and engineering disciplines technology. Consequently, possible new applications are emerging in concrete technology. The use of nanoparticles in building materials to obtain high strength is being interested day by day. The aim of this study is the production of high-performance nano concrete by using mixed fiber. For this purpose, silica, basalt, and quartz were used as aggregates, TiO2 was used as nano filler material and also chopped glass, basalt and PVA fibers were used as reinforcement materials in the production of concrete samples. In the scope of the study, in order to determine aggregate type and grain distribution to be used in fibrous mixtures, silica, basalt and quartz aggregates with 4 different grain distributions (AFS 30-35, F-0,5, F-0,8, F-1) were determined. Then, %1 TiO2 added concretes were produced and high strength concrete mixture was obtained. After determinin the concrete mixture which has the highest strength, high performance nano concrete samples were produced by adding the ratios of %1, %2 and %3 of glass, basalt and PVA fibers individually or mixed. Slamp, unit weight, water absorption, compressive strength and flexural strength tests were performed on the produced concrete samples. As a result; it has been observed that fibers do not have a significant contribution on the compressive strength of concrete but they increase the bending strength. Also, it is seen that the concrete with different properties can be produced by using mixed fiber, but there are no significant differences in strength values compared to single fiber use in mechanical properties. Another significant result is that by using TiO2 as nano material, an improvement of approximately %5 in mechanical properties is achieved.
