Abstract (EN)
This study carried out in Riged&Riged Ltd. fish farm in Hungary and Iskenderun Technical University Marine Sciences and Technology Faculty Aquaculture Laboratuary in Turkey. In this trial, Sterlet sturgeon, Acipencer ruthenus Linnaeus 1758, larvae was fed by standart feeding protocol from the hatcing until 29rd day, and the proteolitic activity and the inhibition effect of different portein sources on protease activity were measured. According to the results, in contrast to other feed ingredients, it is observed that using soybean protein consantrate and corn gluten as protein sources in dry feeds made statistically positive effect on proteolitic activity (P<0,05).
