Creation of mixture shaft and its stress analysis

In this thesis study, the stresses of the portable mixer?s shaft, which were occurred because of being exposed to the forces, are investigated. Afterwards for the sake of decreasing the stress on the mixer and making more effective mixing, some revisions had been done and the influences of the revisions on the strength values were investigated.In the study, the different creations of the mixer shaft were done via Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008. Later on the models, which were created before, imported to the Ansys 11.0. By making the necessary conditions, the stress analyses were completed.Keywords: Stress analysis, Deformation, Portable mixer shaft.
