Motor vehicles insurance contract

Nowadays, motor vehicles are extremely important for human life. As their role is increasing in human life, there is a need to protect them from external damage. For this reason, various damages that may occur in the vehicle are covered by insurance against motor vehicles insurance. Motor vehicles insurance is an insurance contract. It is a kind of property insurance at the same time, with a loss insurance as a matter of fact. There is no special provision in the Turkish Commercial Code for motor vehicles insurance. Provisions on insurance for motor vehicles are regulated by the General Conditions of Motor Vehicles Insurance which entered into force on 01.04.2013. Considering the provisions of General Conditions of Motor Vehicles Insurance which entered into force on 01.04.2013, there is no work related to motor vehicles insurance contract. This situation increases the importance of our thesis work which is the first feature. In our thesis study, the motor vehicles insurance contract has been examined within the scope of the legislation in Turkish law and we have been in contact with the liabilities of the parties and the end-of-life motor vehicles insurance contracts which are included in the guarantee and not included in the guarantee.
