The purpose of the research is that an examination of the tourism potential of the mansions in the city of Kastamonu explains in detail the possibilities of re-activation and how this potential of Kastamonu mansions can be brought to tourism. The focus group is consisted of participants from public institutions, private sector representatives and non-governmental organizations. An analytical generalization has been made in the evaluation of the collected data. The collected data have been analyzed using descriptive analysis technique from qualitative data analysis approaches. As a result of the analysis, suggestions for tourism of Kastamonu mansions have been presented.
