Fi̇ber of woods and stoma of leaves properti̇es of some speci̇es used i̇n the landscape of kastamonu

Today, the rapidly increasing population has brought many problems such as concrete congestion, airpollution and traffic density. Parks and gardens are very important for people's recreational needs. In this study it was aimed to research the anatomical, micromorphological properties of the wood samples of Buxus microphylla Siebb and Zucc, Prunus laurocerasus L, Ligustrum delavayanum Har., Berberis thunbergii DC., Ilex aquifolium L., Euonymus japonicus var. aureomarginatus Rehder, Cotoneaster lacteus W.W.Sm., Mahonia aquifolium (Pursh) Nutt., Pyracantha coccinea M.Roem.which species used the landscape of Kastamonu. The anatomical, micromorphologic and morphological characteristics of the wood fibers of the chambers were determined in different ways in the laboratory environment in order to reach the findings about the samples.The samples taken from each species were examined and values were revealed. According to the results obtained, the characteristics of samples taken from each species were determined. The ratios between the fiber sizes are examined. Micromorphological studies, stoma structures in species used in study have been examined.
