Abstract (EN)
In the era of science it is necessary for the student to play an active role during the school education in order to understand and to interpret knowledge in the right way. It is of great importance to develop methods and techniques to enable the student to modulate the knowledge. In this study we used concept cartoons in order to develop a better motivation of the student as well as to enable learning by understanding. In the first part of our study, it?s aimed with the help of concept cartoons, which has been designed according to the constructivism approach, to identify the misconception of the student concerning straight circle movement. We used and controlled this test in three phases. The analysis of the data showed that concept cartoons can be used in order to identify misconceptions. In the second part of our study, we tried to eliminate the misconception of the students by using concept cartoons in our lessons. We tested control and test groups and compared the results we achieved. The practice of our study showed that concept cartoons influences the elimination of misconception.Key Words: Concept cartoon, physics education, misconceptions, uniform circularmotion
