Abstract (EN)
In this research, Cm-ADH genes responsible from synthesis of aroma volatiles in melon (Cucumis melo L., var cantalupensis Naud) were transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens, for that, commercial recombinant RNAi - pFGC5941 plasmid which was transformed from Escherichia coli (DH5?) to Agrobacterium tumefaciens, was used. After transformation and regeneration, the integration of the transgenes in the plant genom was confirmed by PCR, Gel Electrophoresis and UV documentation system after DNA isolation. Bands were seen in the intended regions.Key words: Agrobacterium tumefaciens, RNAi, Cucumis melo, aroma, transformation
