Abstract (EN)
Developments in the automotive industry and mostly the production of automotive progress made use of welding bolts and nuts important. Using of welding bolts and nuts become widespread because of convenience of their assembly and disassembly, shortness of assembly times, lower ratio of defective parts rate. Using and production of these parts by cold forming developed in years. In this study; production, varieties, usage areas and welding method of welding bolts and nuts were clarified. In addition; tensile tests, hardness tests, optical and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of these welded bolts and nuts were examined.
