Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to produce electricity from waste gas which has an important place among renewable energy sources by making an overview of our country's energy policies. It is aimed to prevent and limit the possible negative effects of the incineration of wastes on the environment, especially the pollution caused by emissions in air, soil, surface water and groundwater and the risks that may arise for human health by applicable methods. Landfills are the oldest and most common waste disposal methods. Random disposal of solid wastes is unfortunately widely used in our country. The operator of the incineration or co-incineration plant is intended to prevent or reduce the adverse effects of air, soil, surface and ground water, pollution and other environmental impacts such as odors and noise, and pollution sources that constitute a direct risk to human health. Kayseri Municipality will contribute to the design of more efficient systems with the exergy analysis of the waste-gas generating plant at the Molu waste collection facility. Energy and exergy analysis of the facility, which contributes to the reduction of dependence on energy imports, will be carried out by focusing on the efficient use of energy.
